About Gunel

Hola all friends! I am Gunel from Azerbaijan. I was born in Baku. I moved to Istanbul in 2014 to get my master degree here. I did my bachelor in Azerbaijan (International Economic Relations) and I did my Master (Master of Business Administration MBA) in Istanbul. I am working as a freelance, translator and liaison officer for the local and international companies. (Congress, fairs, official meetings and etc). My hobbies are exploring new places, new people from different cultures, learning foreign languages and watching tv series). I am also a food lover. I like trying different cuisine. I am an animal lover as well. I had parrots, cat, dog and rabbit when I was a child. Istanbul is a very beautiful city that is a mix of European and Asian cultures. My favourite places are Beşiktaş, Galata, Karaköy, Eminönü and Sultanahmet. During our trip firstly I would prefer to know where my quest wants to go. If she/he doesn't have any idea I would start our tour from Taksim (Galata), Karakoy, Eminonu, Sultanahmet (Aya Sofya). If my quest wants we can extend or change the places. I fell in love with Istanbul when I moved here four years ago. It is really very beautiful. I love making new friends, especially from different cultures. I am so happy and excited to show you around in Istanbul also I believe I will learn a lot of beautiful things from your culture.
