Welcome all! I am Yağmur, 22 years old. I am studying chemical engineering. I can speak English and little bit spanish since I was living in Spain for one year during my erasmus. Right now I am in the ESN(Erasmus Student Network) and mostly I am organising events for the incoming students. I learn a lot about where to go, where to show to a foreign people, where to eat a traditional food, etc with this society.
So where to go? 1. Let’s start with ‘Saat Kulesi’ which means clock tower. 2. Then move to the Kemeraltı and see the bazaar. In Kemeraltı Bazaar you can find so many things but I suggest you to go with a Turkish person because sometimes they can tell you the money more. Also Kemeraltı is really famous with their Turkish Coffee and the fortune telling too. 3. ‘Anansör’ which means Elevator has one of the best view about İzmir. 4. Why not going to the Bostanlı with a ferry?
Since I am the organiser of Erasmus parties I am really familiar with every club in İzmir. Depends on what kind of music you like I can suggest you a nice club
