I’m Australian and I moved to London almost a year ago. I spent the last couple of years backpacking around the world, visiting 48 countries so far. I’ve been working in hospitality since I was 15, in both front and back of house roles. Working in bars and cafes around the world, I’ve devolved a keen knowledge and interest in food. Personally, I’ve always been interested in the visual arts. Both of my parents worked in creative fields, I pursued similar interests in my studies. I’m always looking for extra work, especially that which allows me to interact with others. I live in Shoreditch and have a good local knowledge of central London.
