Local Experience Delivery Policy

1. Nature of the Service

LocalExperience.co, operated by Siliconmade ARGE Yazılım Bilişim A.Ş., is an online marketplace platform that connects independent local guides (“Locals”) with travelers (“Travelers”) seeking authentic experiences.
The Platform does not sell or deliver any physical goods or digital content.
All services offered are experience-based or guiding activities performed in person by independent Locals.
LocalExperience acts solely as an intermediary for booking and payment purposes and is not a service provider.



2. Delivery Method

Each Experience is delivered face-to-face at the date, time, and location specified in the confirmed booking.
The delivery of the service is completed when the Local meets the Traveler and performs the agreed Experience.
No shipment or electronic delivery occurs through the Platform.



3. Delivery Completion

The Experience is considered fully delivered once the service has been performed by the Local as scheduled.
Partial participation or non-attendance by the Traveler does not affect the delivery status.
LocalExperience does not guarantee or control the timing or quality of the Experience; such responsibilities rest solely with the Local.



4. Electronic Confirmations

Emails, messages, or notifications sent by the Platform serve only as informational confirmations of the booking.
They do not constitute actual delivery of the service.
The Experience is deemed delivered only when it takes place physically as agreed.



5. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (such as severe weather, natural disasters, health or safety incidents),
the Experience may be rescheduled or cancelled in accordance with the applicable Traveler or Local Cancellation Policy.
LocalExperience is not liable for any delays or non-performance caused by such extraordinary circumstances.



6. Reference to Applicable Policies

If an Experience cannot be performed or is cancelled,
refunds or rescheduling are handled in accordance with the Traveler Cancellation Policy and Local Cancellation Policy available on the Platform.
LocalExperience’s role is limited to facilitating communication and refund transactions on behalf of the Local.

LocalExperience operates solely as an intermediary technology platform and does not assume any delivery or performance obligation beyond this role.
