My name is Aleksandr. I’m 39 years old. I graduated from Moscow University and got a degree in cooking. A few years after that I did an internship in Japan, where I studied sushi. Now I live in London, I work as a chef in a Japanese restaurant, in addition, I organized my own master class. I like to lead an active lifestyle, so on weekends I like to play soccer with friends. As you already understood, my favorite cuisine is Japanese. I love animals, but I don’t have them, because I work a lot and there’s absolutely no time for animals.
